Life is a creative process. We choose how to live our lives every second most likely not even thinking about it, my friend just told me about this five-second thing she learned. I’ll tell you about it in short; that everyone has five-seconds to live. Essentially every moment you have lasts five-seconds because in the time you waste thinking about life all that matters is your five-seconds, so make them great.

‘Live life’ is basically what this is telling you. Don’t think too hard about things too much, just do them, own them and love them…Live them.

Surround yourself with gorgeous love because the world has so much to give, it’s quite insane when you think about it…but again, and you don’t have time to think. Just get it and go on because at this moment you are reading these words and your life is perfect, you have no worries.

Feel everything your soul wants you to feel, touch your thoughts and own them because they come from you. Live your life and your dreams because there is only one as far as today goes and it is lovely. Energy will infiltrate your field and you will feed off of it but you must constantly remind yourself that everything will be okay, every moment will, in good faith secure your place in the world if you believe.

And it will.

Love comes from human nature; so understand that it is natural and pure, not contrived. I myself have to learn this. In the sky, belong stars. In the ocean, belong shells and sand and the sand flows onto the beach filled with children and parents that lead to sand castles and motes.

Right now the New York subway is my sand castle and New York is my beach. I walked down some subway stairs near Central Park and followed the sound of a guitar. There I found my moment. That one moment in life where everything is perfect. Absolutely, positively perfect.

I had the most profound moment my second time taking the subway in NYC. The music was the main enticement…let me explain:

I walked down those stairs with the soft, warm wind in my hair looking at all of these faces, everyone looking back at me like I was the only person that existed in that space in time. There was a Jamaican man playing Spanish guitar. Who would have thought he would change my life, forever, with a few notes.

I’m not sure I could ever explain, with words, or anyone could ever really understand how monumental those few minutes in my life were. It was something, a feeling, I have never experienced before. Who would have thought that whoever invented the guitar would be the key to my biblical moment mastered by some gentleman who would play so gorgeously in the underground railroad of the future. I gave him $10 for his album so I could attempt to capture my momentary epiphany once again, which most likely will never happen, however, who am I to say. I hope it does and by the law of attraction and it will…if I will it to.

Don’t get me wrong, amazing things happen in my life every day, beautiful people cross my path and I learn from them and their minds and that’s the definite larger, most prominent piece of pie in my world of understanding.

Life: Is it something to be understood and/or made? Both actually.

We feed off of relation. When we can relate to a feeling of another being we feel like we’re not the only one. Our loneliness, at least if only for a moment, dissipates into thin air and we forget that the Monday through Friday crowd actually are more the same than they are different. They all have the same essentials of living as we do given they have their own views and that’s okay and we have to understand that that’s okay.

From my own interpretations I am assuming it’s all the choices we have to make now, all the pressure we are under to succeed. Its almost like quicksand in a sense where we are trying to rise up but we end up, due to too much information being delivered to the masses via news media and other outlets in a never ending one up battle with our richer, more successful, more beautiful peers. We own those five-seconds and we can choose to do whatever we want with them. If the last five-seconds sucked, take the next set and make them amazing.
