attribute magazine is always in search of quality individuals to enhance our staff.

If you are a writer, photographer or other creative type please feel free to view our submissions page to find out how to submit your queries or writing samples. These are great opportunities for novice or experienced writers to share their voice, build a resume or pursue a passion. Our staff is voluntary so you would be too-in other words, there is no pay at present. But you will have a great experience and tons of knowledge to take with you (we are working toward paying positions across the board).

Staff Positions:

Columnist: Do you feel you have something interesting to share or an background which makes you an "expert" on a topic relevant to attribute? Send us your idea and a writing sample.  We are also looking for columnists for the following sections:  Searching for Icons, Exhale and In These Financial Times.  **

Interns:

PR/Marketing: Open to interns or recent grad (or others) seeking experience who is a strong writer and has understanding of networking, marketing, producing copy and has a strong command over spreadsheets and tracking their work. The ideal candidate is optimistic and enthusiastic, intelligent and can meet deadlines and works well independently. Show us what you think you can bring to the table. Ad Sales: Open to interns or recent graduate seeking experience to sell advertising and sponsorships, build contacts and follow-up on connections. Will be responsible for tracking contacts and contracts (via spreadsheets) and reporting to manager. Location not important as you will work virtually. Strong writing and communication skills and ability to meet deadlines, assist in odd jobs,  report to manager. Must work well with others, be optimistic and enthusiastic. Multi-media/web technician/designer: We are seeking a web guru to work under our Executive Director. You must learn quickly, have strong communication skills, experience with multi-media (podcasts, video, etc), knowledge of CSS and HTML. We work with a Joomla CMS. Contact us for more details.
